Have you all been looking around at the Pawforming Arts Centre for the new secret hideout? Well, take a break cause the new secret area is going to be open on New Years Day! (1st January 2010)
For a head start, to get to the secret area, all you have to do is click on the balcony which is on the left hand side inside the Pawforming Arts Centre!

Hey, guys!(&girls) I just went to Build-A-Bear Workshop with my dad! He bought me a new outfit for my best bear, 10 BVO crd, and the cashier gave me a 2010 HuggableHeroes Calender. Check it Out!(Modle:WaferGemini) Yes, I know it's low res. I tried to fix it. Yes, I know it's backwards, too. My computer camera took it!

New Year 2010 Competition!

I am having a huge competition with absolutely furtasic prizes to celebrate the New Year 2010! It is beary exciting! I know you would all love to join this competition! I want as many people to join!

Competition Starts- 30th of December 2009 (Wednesday)
Competition Ends- 15th of January 2010 (Friday)
Winners Drawn & Posted Up On- 16th of January 2010 (Saturday)

How To Enter:
1) Dress up your character on Buildabearville in a very royal, party like clothes or just dress up the best that you can! :)
2) Write me an explanation on why you should win.
3) Send me a picture of your charater in your costume and send me your explanation on why you should win to elmirachew@gmail.com

Prizes:
First Prize- A four store credit code to spend at the BVO (bearville outfitters store)
Second prize- A two store credit code to spend at the BVO (bearville outfitters store)
Third Prize- 500bb (bearbills)

The winner will be a random pick and only one entry per person!

These are the steps on how to take a picture!
1) Click on your keyboard "prt sc sys rq" which is the same as print
screen! it is a button at the top of your keyboard, well on mine it is
at the top of my keyboard.

2) Don't click anything else. Then go to paint and at the same time press
CTRL and V

3) Save the picture

4) if you want to crop the picture, go to "My Pictures" then right
click on the photo that you want to crop and press "edit" Then click
crop and crop it the way you want it and press apply! Close it, you
don't need to save.

5) It is now ready to send to me!

How To Attach Your Picture With Your Mail!
1) There would be an attach button when you type your email. Click it and browse to find the picture that you want to send! Click the picture that you want and press ok.

2) Your picture will be attached to your mail that you are going to send now!

3) Now all you have to do is send your mail to me! Ta Da!! :P

WARNING! PLEASE READ! THIS IS BEARY IMPROTANT! I am not so sure if the BVO codes work but i think they will. :) So, if you do win, and the code doesn't work, you will get bearbills. please speak truthfully if it did work. If the codes do not work, I won't have a competition that has a prize with a code because it might not work. I hope this competition will be successful!

Actually I wanna tell you that this blog had a lot of authors making me no chance to post. I had lots of news to post but when I log in my blog, the news is posted by my authors... But no, don't worry... I won't fire you because I really need you next year... Next year, I'm 12. And I'm going to face the most important and biggest test in primary school. I REALLY need to study hard to pass the test. I will come back on August 2010(well, maybe...). That's why I need my authors to replace me. And I will make all of my authors as an Admin. You can take a break any time you want and you can rule the blog. You are allowed to make new pages, post topics not about BABV and... just do whatever you want! I will try my best to post next year. Story-The Life Of Ugly Betty

(JUST FOR FUN! :D)

Betty is an ugly girl who just moved to Build A Bearville. She lives in a cozy pink Cub Condo.



It was her first day in her new school. Betty thought she would have a lot of friends but unfortunately, she had no friends. Even worst, no one looked at her because they said she was too ugly and she don't deserve to be looked. They teased her. Betty had no idea.


Betty was sooo sad. So after school, she met Pawlette to request help. 'Hmmm....I'll see what I can do...Aha! I have a friend who could help you! He's a stylist! Meet him at Alaska by tomorrow.' said Pawlette. 'What???!!! Alaska?! Can I reach there on time??? Sure I can with super speed Air Bus that can reach anywhere just in half an hour!!!' shouted Betty. 'Ohhh Thank You Pawlette!' Shouted Betty again.

She hopped cheerfully all the way to her cozy Cub Condo. She was very happy! Betty told what happened at school to her mother. But she did'nt tell why she's going to Alaska. All she said to her mother was 'Mummy, could you wake me up by 8.0 0a.m tomorrow? I got an Air Bus to catch. I'm going to Alaska for something special you won't know!'


'Rise and shine Betty.... Come on... wake up sleepy head.... Wake up! Betty!!! Wake Up!!! Hurry! You'll miss the Air Bus! WAKE UP YOUNG LADY!!!' screamed her mother.



'Haaaoooohhhh' yawned Betty. She got off her bed and looked at the clock. ' U'oh, I'm late! Better be hurry! I got an Air Bus to catch!'.

'Ahhh... Thank goodness I was on time...Bye Bye home!' Betty said.

As she arrived, she was looking for Ted the Tailor's Boutique. While she was looking for Ted's Boutique, she saw a lady passed by. 'Could you show me where is Ted The Tailor's Boutique please?' asked Betty politely. The lady ignored Betty. Betty was so upset. Then, a little girl passed by and lead Betty to the Boutique. 'Thanks!' Betty said. 'Welcome' the little girl replied. The little girl left. Betty arrived at Ted's Boutique. Betty greeted Ted and Ted greeted Betty too! They chatted for a while.

Betty and Ted started. Ted tried as hard as he could to make Betty pretty. First, Ted asked Betty to put on the contacts. Betty had never wear contact lenses before so she was a bit nervous.

Then, Ted asked Betty to try out some expensive and branded dresses. Betty was a bit nervous again because she may accidentally tear the dresses. And she did. She accidentally teared a blue dress. After all, she is a clumsy girl. Ted is a kind bear so he didn't scold Betty.

Ted asked Betty to wear a pink dress that he just brought. 'Pretty! But not ready yet!' said Ted happily. Ted needs to make-up Betty and do her hair so she looks prettier! I think the pink dress was sure pretty!

Betty was so excited so does Ted! 'My friends at school would be jealous... Yes I know!' whispered Betty to herself.

Betty was really pleased to hear Ted saying she was pretty! Betty thanked Ted for all his help.

Betty flew home happily.
In the end of this story, what do you think Betty's mum would say if she sees her daughter?
